THE DREAMSIDE

The Dreamside was founded in 1994 by singer Kemi Vita and released their debut album Pale blue Lights at Nuclear Blast Records which was followed in 1995 by a dance- MCD Nuda Veritas.In many ways the third album Apaika was a mark point in the history of the Dreamside. Released in 1996 under Nuclear Blast/ East West Apaika" revealed the potency and diversity of the band. A European tour followed on which Kemi and her musicians played several shows at festivals. Mirror Moon was released in may 2001 and the music became harder with live drums added. For the American market a Dreamside compilation called Faery Child was released on Dancing Ferret Discs with a selection of tracks spanning their 7-year history, 2 previously unreleased tracks and a Cruexshadows-remix.After a long and productive time in several studios in Germany and the Netherlands The Dreamside 5th full length album "Spin Moon Magic" was released in 2005 on Dancing Ferret Disc . The video for the single "Open Your Eyes," featuring Rogue from The Cruxshadows, is also included as a bonus.
